I need a plugin that can chop down trees. Can I use mcMMO or choptree3?
You can use mcMMO if you tweak the settings. For best performance and result is the addon TreeFeller recommended.

Does this plugin create a netherworld besides the normal world?

Installation
1.7.10,1.8.x, 1.9.X, 1.10.X, 1.11.X, 1.12.X
- Download version 7.2.29
- Stop your server.
- Delete your current world
- If you want to use the plugin on 1.7.10 without carbon set; plain17map: true, in the config (settings.json file). This requires you to run the plugin one time. The file is generated in the settings folder
- Start the server
- Install and enjoy the plugin!
- Install treefeller?

- Follow this basic tutorial or
Create a new world
- This will require multiverse, install it.
- Run the following command; "/mv create <world name> normal"
- Use; "/mv tp <world name>", to teleport to the world
