This palace is very old almost 2015 , strongly renewed in 2018 its located in a square called 4 november square (main square of the city where i live ) the idea about this palace it was this , on the other side of the road there its Gallenga Stuart palace site of an university , sure have a so big library is a benefit for students of the university , in Heliopolis city there are others two libraries (that i have published here in my profile ) , the palace is very detailed , the roof have a big glass that can permit an amount of light for almost all the day , there are 4 domes on the top and a lot of windows in the sides the facades are fully decorated , inside there is a decorated floor and is possible to see a room completly made of glass where inside there are the most dangerous books of Heliopolis city , only few people can read this books , in the side there are two stairs that lead to the upper floors fulled with libraries and a lot of seats with tables where is possible to read and study . there are no doors in this palace and is 24h opened i hope there are libraries in this world that can do a similar service .the ispiracion for build this palace came from the city of Madrid where in his glorius gran via i found a very nice palace that it was the base for this building .
