Follow the steps below:

1. Download the .sk file on this page
2. Put it inside your Plugins Folder
3. Then put it in Skript/scripts
4. Don't forget to erase the Chat+ folder or the config.yml!
5. Before that, write /skript reload Chat+
6. Edit the new config.yml!
7. Done!
