1. Set the lobby location with command: /bedwars setLobby
2. Create an arena with command: /bedwars create <arenaName> <arenaType> <minPlayers>
3. Place a sign :

Be sure that you don't use a plugin which can clear the items from the ground or add an exception for diamond, emerald, iron_ingot, gold_ingot
