TURN OFF YOUR ANTI VIRUS IT WILL FALSE FLAG DUE TO IT INSTALLING FROM AN EXTERNAL HOST
Run the installer.
It will prompt for Eclipse or IntellIJ.
After choosing your editor it will extract into a folder in the same directory that the DLL is in.
